2. Refunds for Paid Services

Refunds are generally not offered once a project is underway or completed. However, in the following cases, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund:

  • Project Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the project has not yet started and you wish to cancel, you may be entitled to a refund of any upfront payments, minus a cancellation fee (if applicable), as specified in the contract.
  • Significant Delays: If we are unable to deliver the project on the agreed-upon timeline due to our fault (and not due to delays caused by you, such as delayed content or feedback), you may be entitled to a partial refund for the delay, depending on the nature of the project.
  • Unresolved Issues or Deliverables: If you are unsatisfied with the final deliverables due to significant issues that were not addressed during the project and these issues were within our control, we will work with you to resolve the issues or offer a partial refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Custom Design and Development Work: Once we have started work on custom web design or development projects, those services are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the contract.
  • Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and handed over, and the final payment is made, no refunds will be provided unless there are unresolved issues related to the agreed-upon scope of work.

5. Changes to Services

Once a project has been initiated, any changes in scope, content, or services requested by you may result in additional charges. These changes will be documented and agreed upon before any work begins.

6. Service Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the quality or outcome of our services, we encourage you to reach out directly to us to discuss your concerns. We value client feedback and will make every effort to resolve any issues in a fair and satisfactory manner. In some cases, we may offer additional services, revisions, or a credit towards future work.
